Trusted Brand in Shoes, and I bought a pair of shoes of Rupees 1999 with the article number Comfort 8556011. And BATA did't prove itself, as it says, BE SURPRISED, NEW RANGE, GREAT SURPRISES; I was surprised too when New pair of shoes broke on me just within 10 days. The Backside Pasting of heals opened.

But unfortunately due to lesser use & having other Shoes I did not pay much heed to this & when I visited to your showroom for solving the issue they simply told me to pursue the matter in complaint through mail as your warranty period expired.
