Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked my gas on 22.06.2010 thru online phone booking, my Booking No. 21, but till today 06.07.2010 not deliver Gas. Whenever i make phone call to Gas Dealer (Jayashree Gas Services - Mira Road) representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem (Cooking thru Kerosene from 23.06.2010 to till date) due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Few month (March'2010) ago same problems are create with me, due to service man deliver the non present or non deliver cylinder to be sold another gas holder by triple rate. I says this agency, I will launch the complaints in HP thru mail.

After the launch my complaint in the agency, cylinder delivered in my flat within 15 mins to 30 mins.

Pls. strict action or flying investigate to this agencies.
