I purchased a minipump in month of april from MS Divya Pump, meerut. after 10 days only pump stopped working. we gathered that pump use to get jammed while running... sometimes it use to run and automatically use to stop. gradually it stopped working completely. i called customer care toll free no. n registered the complaint but my complaint is not getting rectified, its above a month. I have made several reminders but there is no one to listen... customer care people say call regional manager. Regional managers no. is never picked. dealer says talk to the comany... and all the harrasment is faced by consumer. What kind of product this company makes and above this what a commitment towards service... that is for sure will never suggest anybody to buy crompton products. It is so irritating... dont know what to do...
