One Blood Suger Monitor Accu Sure (Dr Gene) purchased which is having life time warranty but I have not got the bills and could not able to avail the warranty and I have not used the item at all because correspondence going on with deals and you by email and phone to resolve the issue. After repeated email and telephone calls company till date not been supplied bills and lastly agree to credit my purchase money in my account but so far not been credited. I want them to refund my money or provide me the bills immediately.
Reason for Complaint
Product caused inconveniences; Product has not been
delivered even though I have paid for it; Due to not availability
of invoice lifetime warranty can not claim.

2012 for much more delay in delivery as I paid on 07 Jan
received on 17 Feb. After this item received without invoice and

2012. 23 May email correspondence in details I have given to
Pay compensation for damages / inconveniences caused by the
product; Company should credit the amount immediately in my
account which company already asked me and I have given them.
