my nokia E63 sink in water.i went to nokia care (khurja) on 11-07.they told me that screen is damaged & new screen required.

i told them for new screen.they prepared a bill of rs 2560 & gave me SERVICE JOB SHEET & told me to receive the producton 16-07.

on 16 i went there in the morning..i receive the product but the screen was very dull & had the whitespots all over the screen..i complained...

then they told me to deposit the service bill..& told me to take this phone to home & come in the next morningbut the screen will be replaced..but i refuged.

after that in the nextmorning they told me to come in the evening... at evening they told me to come in the next morning... this process continues...& i did't

receive my mob yet...
