Dear Sir /Madam,
I had taken dell streak 5'' tab on 21 june from Magnate Store Irla branch. Till date i have hardly use mobile for 10 days. Thrice it has gone to dell centre for repair where alway the problem was that mobile is not charged. I have paid 7200 rupees first time for mobile replacement, new cord and one new extra charger with cord. I got my mobile after 4 weeks with new charger and next day they gave me cord. Cord was not working and phone also stopped charging after four days. Again the centre gave me a new piece without charging and new cord was given. This time phone got charged only for 2 days and new cord which they gave is not working.
Now i am not interested in using this phone so i would like to have refund for the mobile and compensation for the mental stress and agony i have gone through.
