Subject: Undue delay in my passport renewal.

Respected Sir,

I APPLIED for Renewal of passport file no. HYD-L003501-10 on June 9 and clear police report sent to RPO on Nov. 19 (Outward No. 2125, Serial No. 6) and i attended PASSPORT ADALAT on feb. 5 (Counter no.6) in Hyderabad RPO office to which they gave assurance that my passport will be despatched within 10 days. The passport ADALAT is a useless as it did not do anyting till today in my case and Till today i did not receive my passport. After that Several efforts made by me to meet PRO in the RPO office, Hyderabad gone

in vain. It is nearly 9 (Nine) months after the application submitted i did not receive my renewed passport. The RPO website from the past 3 months shows that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatch within a week's time" I don't know when that RPO week ends?

Hence, i request PRO to send my passport immediately without any further delay as i need my renewed passport urgently

for overseas visit as the company wants me to come in within 15 days from today.
