Easy day ( Bharti Wall mart )
More amount charged then MRP

Hi,

i am saurabh. I bought some items from Easy sec 61 noida on 11.08.11. I

rechecked your bill after coming to home then i found that they have

charged more amount then MRP of the items. I did complaint to their

store. They agreed to pay my diffrence amount but they did not agree

to log my complaint.

I have some complaint which are given below

1. There is no telephone # or toll free # for logging any complaint.

2.There is no complaint register in Their store where we can write our complait.

3.If theyrge extra amount from the customer. who's reponsable from

their side.

and they would be charge more amount for same items then they cheat the customer . i want to fine this compney who claim that they provied cheepest thingh in their store
