I did not receive my mobile recharge of Rs 110 which i made using ebay

I bought a recharge of Rs 110 using ebay user id: amaresh11 from seller ratnes.

phone no of seller : 8349713339

After making the payment i did not receive any recharge. The seller said to confirm shipment after which he would recharge. But he did not recharge.

Now when i phone ebay they say recharges are not allowed on ebay.

And they said u confirmed order so u will not recieve any refund.

This is sheer injustice.
