Made a complaint to Customer Care Center on 4.02.2011. Complaint No. DL-0211002698. Specifically mentioned
that an Engineer by the name of Tara Chand should not be assigned the job, because of my past experience the way he mishandled my washing machine. Some Santosh from Supertech Systems & Services visited, and as per his suggestion and information the cooling gas was refilled by one Vicky. In order to ensure smooth running of the appliance a voltage stablizer, costing Rs.2265.00 was purchased, from Supertech. Yet the the green light on the door went off, resulting in the refrigerator light also went off and the cooling stopped. Again made a complaint to the Customer Care Center, Complaint no. DL-0211006390, on 8.2. which was never attended. Your Customer Care Center generated a complaint No. DL-211008658 on 10.2. again not attended. Another complaint No. Dl0211009702 on 12.2.2011. remained unattended. The job is allocated to
different persons who are not able to find the fault. They trying to rectify the fault by hit and trial method.
Please assign some senior and competent person to attend to my complaint. Mrs Kusum Khullar.
