Delay in providing connection

I would like to state that there is an enormous delay in logging my application for post paid connection, which was initiated by one of the Airtel Executive, by name Miss Aiyasha, even after providing all details pertaining to address verification etc. I received a call from Airtel on 04-127 & the representative, Miss Parimala, was expressing that login was possible for want of address proof even after me submitting the Bank statement. I fail to understand the reasons for the delay in activating the connection. I hope, I would be receiving a favourable reply telling that my connection is activated. My mobile no is 9880169288.
