EXIDE BATTERYIN 1350 PLUS
NOT REPLACING THE BATTARY

I had purchased a exide battery in 1350 plus from M/s Urja Shakti, F-23, Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior-474002

on 22.08.2009. From the date of purchase it was not working properly, not fully charged. Many times i complaint to the Dealer. He provide me a service battery till the original one is replaced by the company. After that till date he did not replace original battery stating that the same has not been received from the authorized dealer/company. My warranty card no. is 686871 and mfg code is 3B9 s.no. 53402. I request you to please do the needful.
