Regarding Defective Hand Set
Sir,
I have bought Nokia Handset X series name X3-02 Silver- 110213 on dated 10-04 from my local Mobile Store Limited, Shop No-14, GF, Sect-8, R K Puram New Delhi- 110022. But handset power offed automatically 13 to 14 times in 05 days, without switching it off. And this created trouble for me many at times. Sometimes missed important calls without awaring about its power off. When I went to my dealer he refused to listen my complaint and misbehaved with me. Shop Manager Mr. Sunil Padey and Piyush also refused to listen my complaint. Nokia Service Center, Bhagaqt Singh Place executive has taken my Handset with them and returnig back. Being a female counter part, I could fought much with them and these situation made me forced to come to the door of Consumer Right Court. As I belong to minority section of the society people assaulted me and tried to supress my vioce. Kindly help me in this matter.
