Not yet received any service

We has purchased mixer 7 - 8 yrs back. In that we have 12 yrs warranty period. Now the mixer's motor is not working. In a week I had registered 3 complaints but till date no one turned up. Following is the complaint number for each number.

THA2807090085, THA2907090670, THA0108090336.

If you people cannot provide any service then why are you maintaining 12 yrs guarantee or warranty.

I hope this time you people revert back to me and solve our problem.
