New Mobile

Sir I had purchased Mobile G9000i from naptol as advertisement given by them in Times of india I had Book my Order through net For Rs 2499/- Received to day as my order no is1004368 Paid same amount but when I Open the Pack it has foud that User Guide send by the Compney is in very very small letter so no one can read more ever I chaeged the mobile and add simcard but instrument is found in non working condtion I had complain to Componey at same time by mail but there is a no responce

may pl do needful
