Order cancelled then they shipped item

Hi,

I placed an order on indiaplaza order no. "070720090117".

They changed shipping date more the 10 times. at last I was forced to cancle my order.

After cancelling order they start changing date of refund. Now they sent me shippment information of order which was cancelled & cancellation accepted by Indiaplaza.

So to all reader keep away from indiaplaza.

To see some mail exchange with indiaplaza read till down.

But in short

1) on 28th July they accepted to cancel order & refund date offer 30th July

2) A new mail on 30th to asking time till 31th July to provide refund details

3) Again ask time, to provide refund details asking date 2nd Aug.

4) a new mail asking time 4th Aug, to provide money refund details

5) a mail on 4th Aug, asking a week time to provide refund deatils

6) on 5th July they shipped an item, order for was cancelled, & 5 times they ask more time to provide refund details.

So to all online buyer, Indiaplaza is chor... don't buy any thing from Indiaplaza.

Mail details

Dear Mr.xxxx,

I apologize for the delay caused in shipping the item 'Gillette Mach 3 Turbo Razor' against your orders and for missing our commitment on the shipping dates continuously. Kindly provide us time till 30th July to confirm on the cancellation of the orders. Kindly bear with us till 30th of July to update the details. The refund will be done after the cancellation of the order.

However the refund would take 7 days to reflect in your HDFC Direct Debit account.
