Hi,

I have booked a parcel (Grain Bags) thru railways parcel service on 2nd of December. (Bill number C 152933) at Agra Railway station. It was send to Hyderabad.

As of now the parcel not reached to Hyderabad railway station. even i made complain against this, but as of now I'm not received any response from the railway parcel services department.
