Handed in my long sheep skin coat for dry cleaning. The above company completely damaged it. They asked me to allow them to re do the cleaning and perhaps salvage the damage. The article came back even more damaged than before. I refused to accept my what was a valuable coat and the company manager Mr Anil Biryani accepted the blame and requested for some time to settle my claim of full cost of my coat. The value of my coat as this type of coat is sold in the same market as the concerned dry cleaners for over Rs 1, 25, 000 One lac twenty five thousands.
Till date i have not heard from Mr Anil Biryani or anyone else from Guardini regarding this issue. Despite my countless reminders.
