I placed order (no. IN1609110212) for pen drives (quantity-2: 4GB & 8GB) from India Plaza on 16th Sep 11. I received courier on 23rd Sep 11 with only one pen drive which is 4 GB pendrive. I didn't get the 8 GB pen drive. Then I raised a complaint so many time in India Plaza customer care and not any response from them, I am regularly querying them but no response.

Kindly help and take action as there are lots of complaints registered by visiters’ against India Plaza.
Either India Plaza refund cost of one pen drive along with inconvenience charges or send another missing order ASAP.
