Making high charge to service

I submit my mobile for service. Model is 5130c2. They informed that the software, display cost will be Rs. 980/-, I was shocked. I get back the mobile and submit the same in the local mobile service. They took the mobile for service and return to me evening itself and they charged only Rs. 150/-. I was really upset about the worst response of nokia care in annanager. Kindly beware of the service.
