I have given a hometheater system HCD-DS-1000 to hi fi solution (sony athorized service center), 1st main road, chennai for a repair, I purchaced 2 year back and now the problem is sub-woofer, center speaker are not working, Still after a month, they are not able to give me a reason/estimate of what is the problem. I visited the service center 6 times, made calls serveral time.. the answer is they are working on/service engineer not available, will be get back in 1 day 2 day... all time. I contacted the toll number of SONY, and raised complaint about the poor service they told will get back in 2 days.. but no use they gave me a chennai service contact person who can be reached.. sharan 65722609, no use no one picking up the phone.. now I need to know what is going on.. or how do I resolve my problem
