I have purchased pure it water purifier. Now i am in need of battery kit.(old model battery) But i tried pure it help line and there is no response. I tried Kanchipuram office phone also.(for our area battery kit is supplied from Kanchipuram only) Whenever we tried that number, always ringing. There is no response at all.
