I have informed "Hindustan Pureit Germkill Kit" on 04 May 12, 07 May 12 and 09 May 12, on service providers Mobile no.09011658889, though he told me that he would call back never reverted back. Now he does not pick up his phone.

Company should recognized such dealers/service provider or pay back to customer the full amount of the filter so that we can opt for some other vendor.
