Service of staff at kottayam is not prompt, on 12-4-10 i asked helpline for a germ kill battery kit as per there advice i called at Visar 04812581175 to know were the shop was . there a lady named Getha answered it is not necessary to come to shop they will sup play the material on the same day it self so i waited till evening nobody came so by 5pm i called them again the same lady told me it will be supplied today morning . noon i called help line they said they will look after this matter. but till this time no action . i would have gone to kottayam and made my purchase if the people there had told me about the delay looking forward for good service from you.
