I have given atleast 5 complaints in the past 15-20 days on replacing a battery kit along with a missing part called WES Nut which has not been attended to at all inspite of calling the call center to inquire about the status of the complaint. There is too much of communication problem between the call center and the office that has been assigned to replace the parts. The people who visit our house to provide the services are very rude and the call center people are cold to any complaints you give. They just keep giving false assurances that the problem will be taken care of but in vain.
