My name is M.D. Mistry I have purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit in April. From your advertisement we were informed that pureit gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but within two months our germ kill battery indicator has become red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing defect because two months maximum 400 liters water is used in our pureit filter. So it is your responsibility & duty to replace the battery free of cost & save your companies reputation else I shall published all the details in my city news papers to make all your existing and prospective customers aware of such inconveniences caused to the customers post sale of product. Your customer care is most hopeless, I have made countless complaints but nobody has bothered to get back to us, we are only given false promises. I request you immediately replace the battery. I have really had a very bad experience with this product and never expected that Hindustan lever would have such a bad after sale service, you do not value customer's time and money at all.
