Installation partially completed

Hi,

I bought Hitache A/C on 27th Tuesday Apr.

Still the installation is not done.

I have reached customer service. They used to say same like GOVT. We will resolve this within 48 hours.. (:()

Please let me know to whom I have to reach for this
