No response even after a long time

This is a complaint against worst service of Hitachi..i regret of my decision of buying a Hitachi AC..

Last year i bought 1.5 tonne AC of Hitachi and because of some minor problem, i called service boy from hitachi for repair..though he rectified that error but in the process he broke the auto-swing flap, which he promised to rectify/ replace within a week. however no one turned up..

This summer again we made several complaints to hitachi service centre but the problem persists..once a service boy came at home and without even rectifying the problem demanded money as a visit charge which was refused to be paid...

after that several calls have been made to hitachi service centre but the problem remain unattended..

this poor service at the end of a company is unwanting and has gone beyond the tolerable limit..

It is strongly recommended that nobody should buy any product from this company..
