SUB: Providing the worst service for a good amount of money and so cheating the consumers

Sir

i purchased A HITACHI AC (split 1.5 ton) on 12th of may from delhi.

When the product was installed it was found that the product is giving a noise and also shock so i complained for the same on 22nd may with reference to the complain number 11052200618.

The customer care assured me of the service within 3 days.

But no service was provided at all so i reminded 2 times HITACHI customer care for the same (079-30414747)

But even after that as well nothing worked.

So now i request you to take the possible strict action against HITACHI as they are now providing the good service after taking a good price for their product and thus cheating the consumers.
