I BOUGHT A PUREIT WATER PURIFIER LAST YEAR. WITHIN A YEAR THE BATTER KIT IS UNUSUABLE. I ORDERED FOR TWO BATTERY KITS LAST SATURDAY I.E. ON 10.07.2010. EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEIR TOLL FREE NO. BUT THEY JUST PROMISE TO SEND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT THEY DON'T TURN UP AT ALL. THEY HAVE FAILED TO CALL ON ME SO FAR. THEY PLAY THE TRICK OF SENDING SMSs AND ASK FOR THE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE SERVICE ENGINEER'S VISIT. THEY EVEN CALL ON MY MOBILE AND ENQUIRE AS TO HOW THE PURIFIER IS WORKING WHEN, IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEY HAVE NOT SO FAR TURNED UP TO REPLACE THE BATTERY KIT.
I HAVE BEEN BUYING WATER CANS AND SPENDING MONEY OVER PURCHASING WATER FROM THE MARKET.
I HAVE A FEELING THAT THE PEOPLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE OF PUREFIT HELPLINE ARE WORKING AGAINST THE COMPANY I.E. HINDUSTAN LEVER LTD. SO AS THE SEE THAT PUREIT LOOSES ITS DEMAND IN THE MARKET.
CAN SOMEBODY REDRESS MY GRIEVANCE AT THE EARLIEST LEST I WILL BE FORCED TO THROW AWAY TWO UNITS OF PUREIT I BOUGHT AND GO IN FOR SOME OTHER PURIFIER WHICH GIVES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, DURABILITY OF BATTERY.AND BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE.
