N ot arranging vehicle insurance policy even after 59 days of purchase

I purchased one honda activa sooterfor my daughter from M/s. Pratham aotomobiles Kanchivarm on 20 th Nov invoice bill no 10 IN1902 dated 20.11.2010. Now 59 days passed the dealer not arranged/ issued vehicle insurance policy to me.
