With great anguish I would like to bring to your notice that the poor state of after sales service of your dealer network extend to the customers. I purchased one Samsung Mobile & with in the warranty period it started giving trouble. If you go through my below mails & kind of response which has given by your customer care, you can understand my pain I suffered a lot after purchasing this Mobile. Sir,

Anybody has not contacted to me and the current status is this that

my phone is laying there only for IMEI no writing.

It is very inconvenient for me because for the service purpose the 12

days are very long period for any kind of complaint.

NOKIA is taking only 3 days maximum for complaint resolvation.
