Have bought AquaGuard Total Enhance Green RO WP 1255108116005287 on 12.08.2011 . Item was sold through Direct Sales team person Mr. Bhoopendra Kumar. No demo has been given at the time of selling & commited that he would come later & give demo.
Item was not working properly from the day it was installed & we are following them through phone & from Last One month they are giving assurity for resolving, complain regarding the same was logged on 12.10.11 (NO. 0064032767) again the CCE MS.Bhavna gave the Assurance to sort out the problem within two working days nothing has been done till yet. you are requested to kindly look into the matter and act accordingly.
