Dear Sir,
i had purchased presario cq40-604tx serial no cnd94833n1 2 month before. My hard disk is damage than i go to service center at haldwani they replace my notebook hard disk and told me call 011-30306363 ask him for recovery they will send you. I called him 4 time but they did not give any response.so kindly take some action against them and send me recovery disk as soon as possible. unless i will complains against u in consumer court.
