Sub: Complaint Against Compaq Presario CQ40 Laptop Screen

Ref: Compaq Presario – NB PO CQ40 – 801TU

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject we have purchased Compaq Presario CQ - 40 Laptop S.No. NB PO CQ40 – 801 TU on Dated – 15.10.2009. & after 1 year we got the problem on Laptop Screen, we send it to your Compaq Service Station & replace the same of 14.1” W LCD Screen S.No. FTSN – 1407494 J.S.No. 1483 on Dated - 19.11.2010 & your Service Station Charged us of Rs. 7, 400/- after 6 months again we face the same problem on Laptop Screen we again send it to your Service Station & they give us a same amount of quotation to replace the Screen, we can’t understand what the exactly problem in your product every 6 month we get expenses on laptop, how can we trust on your product, if we want to purchased in future, sorry to say we are not satisfied with your products.

Please explain me what the exactly problem with your product. as soon as possible.
