Idea prepaid connection

I had taken a Idea prepaid connection from Singh Communication (Balbir Singh - 09896952007) situated at Pinjore (near Bus Stand & opposite of Civil Hospital), Haryana on 19/06. The same got deactivated on 22/06 and we had complained the same with Shop Keeper. But till date there action has been taken on the same & the shop keeper is giving a false comitment every point of time. Today (i.e. 26/06) at the evening when I taken up the matter with the Shop keep very seriously, then he straight away refued to do give any kind of solution and argued a lot with us.

Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
