Reimbursement of advance money

I write on behalf of Arambagh Hatcheries Ltd. This company had paid Imint 1, 00, 000/- to be a partner. For some reason that did not work out. We have been asking for our money back since last 6 months. I have been contacting Mr Debdulal Banerjee of Kolkata office. He had been telling us he is trying to get the amount returned. He also asked me to contact Mr Gaurav Bhatnagar of Bangalore office who looks after these accounts. I emailed him twice, both unanswered. I finally managed to get him over phone on 27.7.11 and he said amount will be reimbursed shortly. Now nobody is answering my calls or replying to my emails, not even their complaint cell.
