We have taken Gas connection from Mini Gas Agency, kundara, Kolam district of Kerala state, under my fathers name, R Viswnanadhan Nair (cons no 45194) since 1987. There had been a regular practice since last 5 years of Shortage being created deliberately by the distributor. Several times they had been caught Red-Handed, and warned. But still the practice is being continued. Recently we had booked for gas before sep 26 but not yet received. Also we came to know that people who has booked even days after the above said date has received cylinders. Also they had a regular practice of providing cylinders that are only meant for house or homely consumption, to hotel and such institutions.
Kindly requesting you to look into the issue and do the needful so as to help consumer satisfaction
