The complaint of gas leak smell was reported 3 weeks back to Emergency cell- The rep. cam same day by evening & changed the O rings of the cylinder. But the gas leak smell remained. The mechanic said that he would come back with a new tube in one day.
As he has not reported even after 4 days we contacted emergency gas cell again who casually informed "it shall be attended"-
Now after a week we are yet to see the response, no answers to phone calls to emergency service & no reply to phone calls made to IOC cell.
Hi. Is there anybody from this Corporation who is really serious about attending gas leaks on priority? It seems nobody cares for any accident if happens due to gas leak. No ownership! No accountability! I s there anybody who is going to listen?
