Booking denied and irregular supply of Gas

Sub: Gas Consumer no 3106/ Double - Non booking and irregular supply of LPG Gas -reg

I have been supplied the Gas from Suresh Gas Agency BY pass Raod, Madirai 625010. I have received Gas on 5.1.11 but in the bill the agency placed date as 31.12.2010. On 17.1.11 after a Genuine gap as stated by the Senior Area Manager, Indane madurai Mr. D.Murali, I asked to book the Gas. They told that I am eligible for booking on 31.1.2011 only and supply will e made after 15 days from 31.1.11. While I went to the agency on 31.1.11 in person to make complaint against this irregularity, they are not at all maintaining the complaint register. After insisting, they gave a fresh unrulled note to note my complaint. Is it correct. It is against the govt orders and consumers rights.

further I want to know which is the correct booking and supplying dates from Indane authorities But commercial people are receiving The subsidy gas without any difficulty How if restrictions prevailed

I request to take action against my compliant and arrange to supply of Gas to me and other public without crating artificial shortage.
