1] I have purchased LG REF FF 408YTQ-390LTRS, MODEL NO-FF408YTQ From M/S-KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT.LTD. NAVI MUMBAI.BYVOUCHER
NO: SLS2011090, INVOICE NO: VAS/501598 ON 22/5.The delievery was made at my residence by the staff deputed by KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT.LTD.
2] On- 24/5 the company directed person for giving demonstration .he was informed that the cooling is not perfect.
3] On-25/5, the company"s engineer examined and found that there is a gap between the rear plate and atttachment and informed that the cooling is not affective due to it.accordingly information was conveyed to m/s- KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT.LTD.
4] REPRESENTATIVE OF M/S- KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT.LTD. INFORMED AT 8PM ON 25/5 THAT THE SENIOR ENGINEER IS ON THE WAY TO ATTEND TO THE FAULT.But till 11AM of 26/5 no engineer has come.
5] THIS IS A CASE OF DEFECTIVE SUPPLY OF MATERIAL.I THEREFORE REQUEST THAT THE ACTION FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE REFRIGARATOR SHOULD BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY.
6] PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REPAIR TO THE EXTING UNIT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and therefore it is requsted that the unit may be replaced by supplying a new sealed unit at my residence.
