Hi,

I just want to share the horrible service from Indiaplaza online shopping experience.

On Dec 22 I orderded a nokia buletooth, which was to be deliverd with in a week, even after 2 weeks it was not deliverd, I had to rise a ticket for the same, for that they repiled saying that will send it in days.

after 10 days also I had not got any response or the product, I raised one more ticket on 19 Jan, this ticket was not at all responded by the Indiaplaza eventhough we get a message that it will be responded with in 24 Hrs, I raised one more ticket on 2nd Feb even for that I did not get reponse. Then finaly I called the them on phone on 10th Feb on which they said that it will be deliverd on Feb 21, Later I got a call from them saying that the model I requested for is not available they would send a model higher than I ordered and the price diff I need not pay. when I looked at there website I found that the higher model which they mentioned the price of it is actualy less then what I had paid. They lied about the price to me.

I raised a query about it on the ticket I had raised, for this also I did not get any respone or did they deliver the product. Finaly I had to call on 17th Feb and asked help desk people to transfer the call to a manger so that my complaint get addressed properly. they woud't. I finaly canclled my order.

Please avoid indiaplaza.
