Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly let me know the status of my passport. We are going to the passport office, chandigarh and SP office, Panchkula so many times but no one has helped us. In SP office the police verification status is shown in the system as “Sent to passport office, Chandigarh on 13th Jan”. However the same is not traceable in the Passport office Chandigarh branch.

Please investigate the matter as it is urgent and important. The details are as follows:

Police Verification No & Date: 6244 dt. 21-Dec (Sent from Panchkula SP, office to Chandigarh Passport office on 13th Jan)

Kindly revert the same as soon as possible. I require the passport on urgent basis.
