It is very tough to book gas cylinder, phone always engaged, delivery person behaves very rudely and not delevering cylinder even afrer 25 days of booking. no compaint system. very poor system and always create condition so that one has to pay extra, still there are days we have to spend without cooking gas.harrassment.
