SUB :- DEFICIENY IN SERVICE FOR MY NOKIA 6275 ESN / EMEI NO 25013488273 UNDER MY JOB SHEET NO 573504867/100719/25.
UN-NECESSARY HARRASMENT & MAKING RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR NO REASONS.
Dear sir,
I would like to bring it to your notice that I have being to your nokia care centre for my NOKIA 6275 CDMA MOBILE NO 9324365226 which was being given at the NOKIA CARE FONESFORU VILE PARLE WEST bearing JOB SHEET no 573504867/100719/25 with a reason for PHONE NOT CHARGING .
Now after surrendering my phone the lady asked me to come and collect it at 6pm on 19/07 and if due to any reasons the phone would not be repaired than a call would be given for not coming on 19/07 at 6pm to collect and I would be informed dully for when and when to be collected.
Now in spite of me giving all my alternative contact numbers no calls have being received to me and when I went to collect the said phone I was being said to come at a later stage without commitment and the matter still remains at the top of the pin point without any reason. Just to harass us without giving any confirm time and date to collect I have to just come and go like a fool.
Now I would like to request you to kindly arrange me a STAND BY PHONE and manage to get the phone repaired in next 12hours and mange to get it done in my hand ready to use rather than harassing me.
Now it’s a clear case of deficiency in service for which I am eligible for a clear legal case in the LAW of CONSUMER COURT.
