Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Deepak Narwal from Faridabad. I have purchased Nokia E-71 dated 16.8.09.

But i am not satisfied and i am facing the problem from last three months. My mobile phone is not working properly. I have given complaints to Nokia Care many times but they could'nt solve my problem and i am not satisfied.

So, i request to please change my Phone immediately.
