ECS is not stopper even after asking then deactivate my subscription

I Raju B, subscribed with justdial for Sai Investment for SMS fecility for an year and monthly ECS payment of INR 2200/- but now i closed down the business so asked the justdial to deactivate my subscription and stop the ECS but they never bother about my request. Our business runs or closed they want money because we had subscribed for 1 year...

Please ever go for ECS fecility with justdial.
