I purchase at packet of KBLI CHANA from easyday Bharti retail LTD, SCF-15 & 16, Urban Estate, Phase-2, Patiala-147001 on 27/02/10 at 1746 hrs but on opening the packet, the product was found to be very much sub standard, hard and tasteless.
Consumer goes to branded showrooms just with a faith of getting pure and quality worth things. If this is the business attitude and methods of big business houses, where should the consumer go?
