We purchased Kenstar Food Processor from 'NEXT' at Koram Mall, Thane on 20th August. The salesman boasted abouted after sales service of both, the NEXT & the Kenstar and informed us that company executive will come within 2 days for a demo & operating instructions. However, even after continuous follow up with NEXT, sales excutive turned up on on 11th September i.e. after 20 days.
Is there anyway we can seek clarification & compensation from 'NEXT' & 'Kenstar' for so much delay causing mental agony to us.
