"Airtel " is not having their own office in Mangalore. It seems V- care communications Door No.4-1-160/59, 60, 83, 84 Saibeen complex Lalbagh Mangalore 575004, is managing airtel activities in Mangalore. We had given ECS request to This office on 5th December. I was told that my December month bill would be debitted to my a/c through ECS . But alas I received the bill as usual & asked to make the payment . when approched V-care communications I was told to give a copy of the application & they will ensure my January month bill is debited through ECS. But I am sorry to bring to the notice of Airtel (Bharti Airtel Limited) that My ECS request is not activated till date.even after around 4 months. I am not in a position to know the where about my ECS request application. V- Care communication nither have a system of issuing acknowledgement for having received ECS request nor maintains any record of forwarding such ECS requests to office concerned. Even when I contacted on 121 which is again managed by a call center did not give proper reply to my enquiry. No follow up action is taken by both of then. Kindly verify my telephone bill that the time & money I spent just to know the fate of my ECS request. Will you please let me know the mothod of contacting real Airtel office to get my long pending issue redressed.
